Lieutenant General Tariq bin Hassan Al -Hassan, head of the General Security, witnessed the conclusion of the Open Police Championship for Football Penties (halls) organized by the Sports Federation for Public Security in the Bahrain handball federation hall, in which the General Traffic Department team won the championship title, after defeating the General Administration team to implement alternative judgments and sanctions.
On this occasion, the Head of Public Security praised the instructions of the team, the first Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior in providing requirements and capabilities to hold distinguished sports events and championships, in the framework of supporting His Excellency for Sports and athletes in all teams of the Ministry of Interior, which had a great impact on achieving advanced positions in many local and international sports championships.
The Head of Public Security appreciated the performance and honorable competition, which witnessed the championship and the sporting spirit that characterized the participating players, expressing his thanks to the Sports Federation for Public Security, and everyone who contributed to the success of the championship through good organization and preparation for it.
For his part, Brigadier Khaled Abdulaziz Al -Khayyat, President of the Sports Federation for Public Security, thanked and appreciated the President of the Public Security for his attendance at the closing ceremony of the tournament, valuing his continuous follow -up to all sports activities organized by the Federation within his sporting plan that aims to raise the physical capabilities of public security employees.
At the end of the ceremony, the head of the Public Security crowned the team that won the championship cup and gold medals, and handed over the second team the silver medals, wishing everyone success and success.
