This evening, the exhibition accompanying the Innovation Conference in the Social Housing Sector, which was organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center during the period from 23 to April 25, was concluded today, under the slogan “Towards innovative and sustainable housing solutions”, under the auspices of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, may God protect him.
The exhibition witnessed a great turnout by citizens wishing to benefit from the new housing funds that were recently proposed by the ministry, as the number of visitors reached more than 16 thousand visitors.
The exhibition witnessed a wide participation of partners in the private sector from real estate companies that presented many real estate projects that provided more than 15,000 real estate, in addition to the financing banks that provide funding and facilitating funds + and the advantages of the created category, as well as the participation of a number of government agencies.
On this occasion, His Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al -Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Chairman of the Housing Bank, stated that the exhibition witnessed over the past days a great interaction by citizens with the exclusive offers presented by real estate companies participating in the exhibition, which amounted to more than 15 thousand properties, in addition to the special financing offers presented by the participating banks.
Minister Al -Rumaihi said that the conference and exhibition of innovation in the social housing sector witnessed a remarkable turnout from citizens, especially with the launch of 4 new housing programs that contributed to the diversification and increase of real estate stocks, and enabled citizens to benefit from the housing financing program and obtain adequate housing.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning indicated that 4 new programs have been announced, namely: the “ambition” program, the “sale on the map” program for the beneficiaries of the projects of the government land development program, the “private land development rights” program, in addition to the inauguration of the second version of the “Betty” real estate platform that comes with additional characteristics and features.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning noted the efforts of the private sector partners in companies, real estate developers, commercial banks and cooperation they provided during the exhibition period in facilitating citizens ’procedures and providing the necessary support on financing services and real estate products.
Minister Al -Rumaihi indicated that the exhibition witnessed a great demand for the seizure of the units of the “Valley” projects in the Al -Buhair region, and “Al -Naseem” in Salman, which was presented by the Housing Bank at the exhibition, which comes within the program of government land development rights, which reflects the high turnout rate on the program’s project units.
It is worth noting that the exhibition witnessed the presentation of more than 15 thousand properties between a unit, a coupon and a residential apartment at special prices commensurate with the value of housing financing provided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to citizens, the participation of more than 16 real estate companies, and the participation of 5 commercial banks.
