On the sidelines of the Conference and Innovation Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector 2025, Amna Al -Rumaihi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CMEC company, Wang Bo, received on the sidelines of the Innovation Conference and Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector 2025, where ways to enhance the partnership between the two sides were reviewed during the next stage, especially after signing a memorandum of understanding to provide housing projects under the umbrella of the government land development rights program, and a project to provide more than 3 thousand units and apartment in Khalifa City.
The Minister stressed that the government land development rights program represents one of the paths that the Ministry is working on in partnership with the sector to provide appropriate housing for the citizens, noting that the program provides promising opportunities to enhance the partnership between the public and private sector in providing housing services to citizens and upgrading the quality of housing services.
The discussion also took place on the course of the work of the current partnership projects, through the implementation of the Chinese company for the stages of the housing city of Sitra, in addition to reviewing the developments of the results of the visit carried out by the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of the People’s Republic of China recently.
For his part, Wang Bou praised the outputs of the conference and the exhibition, which provides promising opportunities for partnership with the government sector in Bahrain, as well as the work paths and programs offered by the ministry to provide appropriate housing for citizens.
