He added to «Al -Watan» that the views included points related to the shortness of some types of businesses for lawyers to protect the profession from others and protect the collaborators themselves and litigants, not to mention the protection of the legal profession from transgression, such as some institutions establishing lawyers from non -lawy From the Attorney General.
The president of the association pointed out that the two ministers promised to study the association’s visions about the new law, expressing his hope that it will be taken into consideration, especially since the law law is old, and was issued in the year 1980, where the law firm in many countries has developed what requires him to keep pace with Bahrain the best legislation in this field.
The president of the association pointed out that the preliminary draft of the new legal draft law is still with the government, in the process of preparing and formulating, and has not yet ended and is awaiting referral to the Legislative Council.
