The governor stressed the need to document these inspection tours with sound and image, and publish them periodically on the pages of official local units on social media, in a way that enhances the principle of transparency, and shows the efforts made in controlling the internal transport system in the governorate.
Siraj stressed the importance of publishing complaints numbers for the governorate, and circulating them through all social media, as well as printing them on official tariff posters inside the situations, allowing citizens to communicate easily and quickly with the competent authorities when monitoring any violation.
The governor appealed to the citizens of the necessity of reporting any violations or violations, whether it is related to raising the fare or changing the itinerary, confirming that immediate legal measures against violators, noting that there is no compromise with any attempt to exploit citizens or harm their interests.
Siraj explained that these directives come within a comprehensive plan to develop the transportation system in the governorate, and to achieve discipline within positions, in a manner that ensures the provision of safe and disciplined transport services to Sohag citizens.
