Sharjah- “Al-Khaleej”, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an American decree appointing Khamis Abdullah Al Mazrouei as Executive Director of the Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC).
