The management of the Alexandria Short Film Festival announced that the artist Sherry Adel joined the jury of the international competition in the next version that will be held from April 27 to May 2.
The jury of the international competition, which includes fiction films, animation films and documentaries, includes: Egyptian director Yousry Nasrallah -Chairman of the Committee -and Cameel Farren, programmers of the Clairemont Fyran International Film Festival, Meliaosh Aitoganova, producer, director and director of the Kazan Festival, Manuel Benna, director, producer and director of programming at the Bew International Film Festival Short.
He competed in the list of feature films this year 20 films between Arab and foreign, while the list of animation films includes 11 films, and the documentary list is competing with 7 works.

It is noteworthy that the Alexandria Film Festival, which was established in 2015, is held annually in April in Alexandria, and aims to provide an opportunity for filmmakers to present their work to the audience.
The management of the Alexandria Festival for the Short Film for the eleventh edition after 10 successful courses that resulted in the qualification of the films winning the Hibatia Golden Academy Awards, starting from the next version, by the Academy of Arts and Sciences of Image responsible for the Oscars.
The festival was founded and organized by the Department of Art, and is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, Raid Star, Best Media, Lagooni, Oscar, Digitized, Alexandria Governorate, New Century Pashon Art Production Company.
