During the meeting, Eng. The Secretary -General of the Shura Council explained that the training and development of human cadres represents an important pillar in building legislative institutions capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments in parliamentary work, stressing that the qualified human component is the real investment that guarantees the sustainability of institutional excellence and promoting legislative performance.

The Secretary -General of the Shura Council stated that the council, with the directives of Ali bin Saleh Al -Saleh, the head of the council, is based in the development of the training system on organizational regulations enhancing the process of training employees and developing them, by setting integrated training plans for each employee separate Digital and artificial intelligence, as well as support for academic education.
