Schools of the Kingdom of Bahrain celebrate the occasion of the International Day of Art

Schools of the Kingdom of Bahrain celebrated the occasion of the International Day of Art, corresponding to the fifteenth of April of each year, by implementing activities, exhibitions and training workshops in various technical fields, with the participation of many of its students and students, under the supervision of the Ministry of Education.

The training in the production of (love glass) came among the most prominent areas in this year’s celebration, inspired by the techniques of glass art embodied by the “Harmony and Peace” painting by the international artist Sir Brian Clark in the main interface of Bahrain International Airport. Many public schools shine in these workshops, including: Jaber bin Hayyan Elementary for Boys, Hassan Bin Thabit Elementary for Boys, Ahmed Al -Fateh Preparatory Preparatory for Boys, Al -Qazibi Preparatory Preparatory for Boys, Al -Fisaa Elementary for Girls, Elementary Nuwaida for Girls, Safia Bint Abdul -Muttalib Elementary for Girls, Khadija Al -Kubra Preparatory for Girls, Cordoba Preparatory for Girls, And the primary preparatory primary for girls, the secondary loyalty of girls, and Her Highness Sheikha Mozah bint Hamad Al Khalifa comprehensive for girls, where male and female students were introduced to the basics of this old crafts art, and the skills needed to produce his works, including accurate and attractive inscriptions and decorations, while providing them with the opportunity to apply what they trained in practice.

On the other hand, 45 talented students participated in the (creators) event at the Buri Elementary School for Girls, where they starred in the production of their national handicrafts and works, while the Qadisiyah Primary School for Girls carried out an event entitled (I love the arts, and I create), which focused on producing artworks using ceramic doughs, while Umm Kulthum Elementary Preparatory School for Girls organized an exhibition (Forum Creativity), which included a competition to simulate the paintings of the late Bahraini artist Abdel Karim Al -Areed, and a group of printing, decoration, dolls and crochet art.

The high school school for girls was distinguished by the presentation of more than 200 student works in many fields, including digital art and fashion design, with its students with needs in artistic activities.
