“Rally Jamil”, the first navigation rally dedicated to women in the Middle East, concluded with the success of its fourth edition, which witnessed a new stage in the event’s march, with the expansion of its course for the first time outside the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, starting from the historical city of Petra in Jordan.

The closing ceremony took place in the Qassim region, which is famous for its cultural heritage and ancient traditions, under the patronage and presence of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, the governor of the Qassim region, who honored the winning teams, to celebrate their achievement in this exceptional version.

Reem Al -Abboud and Hannah Rieli from a beautiful engines team, on board the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, crowned first place after a fixed and distinguished performance across the four stages. The Al -Huwaish and Tai Perry torches of the Lexus Motor team came on the Lexus RX 500H, in second place. Farah Zakaria and Farah Atiyat from the Toyota Central Team came with Toyota Fortaner, in third place.

The organization of this version came with the support of Jameel for the Motor Sports, which is affiliated with Abdel -Latif Jameel Motors, the accredited distributor of Toyota cars in Saudi Arabia since 1955, with the support of the Saudi Auto and Motorcycle Federation and the International Automobile Federation. 41 teams representing 37 countries and 25 engines from different parts of the world participated in the rally, in a clear indication of the growing international momentum that the event has.

Over a period of six days, the contestants traveled more than 1,600 km, during which tracks that combine technical challenges and cultural experiences, starting from the picturesque rocky corridors in Petra, through the Tabuk mountain ranges, the historical scenery in Al -Ula, then the sand dunes in Hail, to the conclusion of the path in Qassim, which are characterized by its rhetorical orchards and fertile lands. This path was not merely a test of skill and endurance, but rather a journey to highlight the growing status of both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as two global aspects of adventure tourism and engines.

In this context, Munir Khoja, the executive general manager of Jamil for engines and marketing communications in Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, said: “A beautiful rally continues to expand and develop, and open new horizons for engines, to prove year after year that ambition does not know limits.
