The Services Committee of the House of Representatives held its meeting this morning, chaired by His Excellency Representative Jalila Alwi Al -Sayed, and in the presence of the members of the committee members. At the beginning of the meeting, the committee discussed the projects with laws: 1. A draft law amending some provisions of Law No. (74) of 2006 regarding the care, rehabilitation and operation of people with disabilities prepared based on the proposal by the law submitted by the distinguished Shura Council. ”The committee decided to approve it and submit the report to the Council’s Office. The suggestion with a desire to fix the prices of medical drugs. 10. The proposal with a desire for the esteemed government to restore all homes and monuments and open them to invest to be cafes, restaurants, etc. as places, attractions and events throughout the year in order to preserve the Bahraini identity. 11. The proposal with a desire for the Ministry of Education to take educational measures and qualify psychological counselors with students who are diagnosed with hyperactivity and attention dispersion (ADHD) in governmental and private educational institutions. 12. The proposal with a desire for the government represented by the Ministry of Education to teach an introductory and definition of the law for the secondary stage that includes the most prominent legal rules. 13. The suggestion with a desire to create a national monitoring platform. 14. The proposal with a desire to create an occasions for the people of Isa City. 15. The proposal with a desire to develop the heritage village and its investment in a sustainable manner. 16. The proposal to open the northern Muharraq health center for 24 hours in Muharraq second. 17. The suggestion with a desire to establish a health center in the bicetine (Al -Sayan). 18. The proposal with a desire to double the amounts of help for university students and non -university students scheduled according to Decree Law No. (78) of 2006. 19. The suggestion of a desire to establish a national stadium in Muharraq Governorate. 20. The suggestion with a desire to provide integrated data to support digital transformations applications in employment and replace Bahrain in the Bahraini labor market that includes information on the qualifications and skills of job seekers and requirements for job vacancies in the private sector. 21. The suggestion of the desire to provide transportation for students of the University of Bahrain and the University of Politokk in Isa City. 22. The suggestion with a desire to freeze a bachelor’s degree in law and law in public and private universities for the work of the labor market. 23. The proposal is a desire to create media and law methodologies to teach in the preparatory and secondary education phases. 24. In a related level, the committee decided to address the proposal provider with a desire to calculate the basic salary and all bonuses to calculate the pension optional for those subject to the provisions of Law No. 13 of 1975 regarding the regulation of pensions and retirement rewards for government employees for further clarification. While it is new, the committee decided to address the concerned authorities regarding a draft law to amend some provisions of the Associations Law, Social and Cultural Clubs and Special Bodies working in the field of youth, sports and private institutions issued by Decree Law No. (21) of 1989, pursuant to the provisions of Articles (81) and (92/a) of the constitution. It is noteworthy that the committee includes both His Excellency MP Jalila Alwi Al -Sayed as Chairman of the Committee, His Excellency Deputy Muhammad Jassim Al -Alaiwi as Vice -President, membership of His Excellency Representatives: His Excellency MP Lulwa Ali Al -Rumaihi, His Excellency Deputy Abdul -Wahid Abdul Aziz Qaralat, and His Excellency the MP Dr. Mahdi Abdel Aziz Al -Shuwaikh, His Excellency MP Mounir Ibrahim Sorour, and His Excellency MP Mamdouh Abbas Al -Saleh.
