The House of Representatives acknowledged the proposal of a law by adding a new paragraph to Article 4 of Decree of Law 41 of 2002 on the privatization policies and controls, which includes adding a new paragraph to Article 4 of Decree Law No. 41 of 2002 regarding privatization policies and controls, stipulating that a Bahra rate of no less than 50% is imposed on the contractor with the government in the allocation contract.
The Council passed the proposal by a law amending paragraph c of Article 27 of Law No. 19 of 2006 regarding the regulation of the labor market, which includes the employer not tolerated the expenses of the worker’s deportation in cases that require his deportation. The proposal aims to take into account the material conditions of the employer, ensure the stability of the work of commercial activities, and to protect the employer’s interest in relation to the expenses of the deportation of the foreign worker in cases that require his deportation.
The council approved the proposal by a law, by adding a new item number 8 to paragraph c of Article 8 of Decree Law No. 78 of 2006 regarding disruption insurance, and to finance the increase in retirees from the surplus of the insurance against disruption.
