The House of Representatives approved a draft law to ratify an agreement to encourage and protect investment between the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the government of the Republic of Korea, accompanying Decree No. 9 of 2025. It also includes clear mechanisms for settling disputes by resorting to local judiciary or international arbitration, which provides a stable and transparent investment environment.
