Receiving more than a million and 100 thousand cases in hospitals within 3 months in Dakahlia
The governor stressed that the state does not spare an effort in developing the health system, whether by supporting human cadres or providing medical equipment and supplies, praising the efforts of medical crews, nursing teams and workers in the health sector for their sincere work in serving citizens.
For his part, Dr. Tamer Madkour, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Dakahlia, explained that the number of those who frequent reception departments reached 260 thousand and 226 cases, while the number of those who frequent the outpatient clinics reached more than 842 thousand, including 75 thousand in the morning clinics and about 92 thousand in evening clinics.
Madkour pointed out that about 6,676 surgeries were performed, including 503 operations within the initiative to finish waiting lists in Mit Ghamr Hospitals, Ramd Al -Mansoura, and Belqas, pointing to the introduction of accurate specialized surgeries in a number of hospitals such as Sinbillawain, Aga and Ajalia, including facial and jaw surgeries, blood vessels, brain and nerves.
The number of those who frequent regular radiology services reached 116 thousand and 404 cases, and CT scans are more than 21 thousand cases, while the number of birth cases reached 1139 cases, including 435 normal births. The number of patients received by intensive care rooms reached about 6 thousand cases.
The Undersecretary added that 355 supervisory inspection rounds were implemented, including 18, collectively, which included all 31 hospitals, general, central and qualitative hospitals, in order to ensure the presence of medical teams and follow -up of performance indicators.
Madkour stressed the creation of many services and accurate surgeries that were not previously available, such as oncology, brain, nerves and blood vessels in Sinblawin, toxins unit and wage and jaw surgery in Aga, and the service of dissolving clots in Mit Ghamr, which is currently being entered in Al -Manzala Hospital, appreciating the efforts of hospital administration under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Al -Bili, Undersecretary of the Health Medicine Directorate, and Dr. Farouk, Director of Department Hospitals, and Dr. Sherine Yahya, Deputy Director of the Department.
