The first department of the Cairo Criminal Court, held at the Badr Courts Complex, headed by Counselor Mohamed Saeed Al -Sherbiny, will consider today, Saturday, a session of re -procedures for the trial of the accused No. 35 in case No. 7399 of 2013, misdemeanor of Nasr City, second, known to the media of Al -Azhar University.
It is noteworthy that the accused, 35 in the case, was sentenced to an absence sentence for a five -year imprisonment, in addition to placing him under the police supervision for a period of five years, starting from the end of the sentence period.
On the other hand, the Court of Criminal Appeal terrorism, held in Badr, decided to postpone the re -trial of 5 accused in case No. 6482 of 2022 Criminal Al -Shorouk, for accusing them of joining a terrorist group in the case known as the Ismailia Cell, for the May 11 session for review.

The session was held under the chairmanship of Counselor Hamada Al -Sawi and the membership of Advisors Muhammad Ammar, Raafat Zaki, Dr. Ali Amara and the secretariat of Muhammad Al -Saeed.
The defendants were charged with many charges, including joining a terrorist cell, planning to commit hostile crimes, financing terrorism, as well as possession of firearms and planning to commit hostile operations, and the use of communication sites to exchange information between the cell members, and planned to carry out terrorist acts against the Ismailia Court after they monitored them.
