University hospitals in Menoufia announced the raising of the maximum level of readiness in all its departments, in anticipation of any emergency medical conditions that may result from sudden weather changes expected during the coming hours, according to the data of the General Meteorological Authority.
Dr. Muhammad Fahmy Al -Numani, Dean of the College of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, stressed that all medical, nursing and administrative teams are in full readiness, as the presence of medical teams in emergency departments, intensive care, reception, and outpatient clinics, while ensuring that sufficient stocks of medicines, solutions and first aid tools, and preparing operating rooms to receive any critical cases.

He pointed out that the hospital administration has declined the work system during the periods of tubes to ensure the continued provision of medical service in high quality 24 hours, with a continuous coordination between the various medical specialties to ensure the speed of intervention in urgent cases.
He also praised the efficiency of medical and nursing cadres and their full willingness to deal with various emergency conditions, stressing that it has repeatedly proven its high readiness and its ability to provide a distinguished medical service even in the most difficult circumstances, expressing his appreciation and pride in the efforts made and dedication to work.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Sabry Ammar, Executive Director of University Hospitals, stressed that hospitals continue to perform their mission in providing health care services in a professional and integrated manner, noting the activation of a flexible medical work plan that allows the speed of response to any emergency in coordination with the relevant authorities.
The Hospital Administration appealed to the citizens of the need to be careful and adhere to health guidelines, especially the elderly, the owners of chronic diseases and children, and not to hesitate to go to the nearest hospital if you feel any unusual symptoms, in order to preserve their health and safety.
