Dr. Ahmed Al -Ansari, Governor of Fayoum, through the Center for the National Emergency and General Safety Network in the governorate’s general office, continued the repercussions of the weather regarding the dirt storm, which struck a number of governorates of the Republic, including Fayoum, in the presence of the entire Secretary General of the Governorate, Ahmed Thabet, head of the Etisa Center and City, and Hussein Mustafa Abu al -Majd, Director of the Center for Control at the Governorate’s General Court.

The governor stressed that all the precautionary measures and measures needed to face the possible effects of the expected weather situation, by raising the degree of readiness in all operating rooms and crisis departments in the governorate, with the readiness of relief and emergency equipment and work on their availability, and coordination with water, electricity and sanitation companies to deal immediately with any communications or breakdowns that may result from bad weather, as well as a room The central operations in the governorate at the National Emergency and Public Safety and Safety Center Center permanently to receive citizens’ complaints, noting that the numbers were allocated 0842168041, 0842168042, 0842168043, and hotline 114, to receive complaints and communication.
The Governor of Fayoum affirmed the intensification of field follow -up by desert roads, especially the Fayoum – Cairo and Assiut and Western roads throughout the governorate, through the work teams of the City Councils Center, to monitor any events that may occur as soon as they occur due to the weather of the bad, to work to confront them and deal with their repercussions – if any – immediately, directing the field follow -up officials in the governorate, in coordination with officials of councils Cities, by following up the lighting poles, banners, and advertising boards that may be severely affected by the wind, stressing the monitoring of wind movement in the area of the governorate and the neighboring governorates, through meteorological maps at the control center, in anticipation of any emergency and prepared events to confront them.
The governor appealed to all citizens to be careful, and not to be in the places of trees, lighting poles, or metal plates, at the time of the storm, while reducing the movement on the roads as much as possible, and driving calmly and cautiously on the roads, stressing the importance of wearing masks for chest patients and allergies.
