The Bahrain Institute for Political Development will launch tomorrow, Sunday, the first activities of the “National Paths” program, targeting the employees of the public and private sectors from various job levels, which comes within the efforts of the institute to qualify national cadres and enhance their awareness, in line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, in establishing the foundations of the comprehensive development project.
On this occasion; Professor Iman Faisal Janahi, Executive Director of the Bahrain Institute for Political Development, confirmed that the “National Paths” program represents a practical embodiment of the institute’s message in supporting sustainable political development, and promoting the culture of conscious and responsible participation, where the institute seeks through this program to enable the participants to be familiar with the most important political, legal, constitutional, constitutional concepts, and raising their awareness of their national role, both in their professional sites or As citizens active in society, in addition to ensuring that the program has flexibility and wealth in its content, making it appropriate for various disciplines and sectors.
She pointed out that the program is divided into 3 main tracks, specifically directed to the general employees, heads of departments, and leaders, with the allocation of special activities for each path according to its practical needs, and in a way that serves the general goals of the program in building distinguished national competencies, and is able to make positive change.
She explained that the institute continues to develop its training programs, based on a number of professional standards and the needs of the current stage, in a way that contributes to keeping pace with the priorities of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its development plans, and enhances the efficiency of national human resources.
The program aims to root the royal vision in comprehensive development and its repercussions on national and institutional work, and to enhance the skills of participants to raise their efficiency in work in the public and private sectors, and to provide them with information related to the government’s program, policies and current legislation, through a variety of courses, training workshops, and dialogue sessions, provided by a group of national specialists and academics as well as the participation of a number of official personalities from owners Experiences in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The program also aims to develop the skills necessary for positive dealing with the national reality and various challenges, in addition to the advancement of national cadres and the formation of high competencies while raising the level of cognitive and cultural awareness.
It is noteworthy that “national paths” are an extension of the “Political Skills” program, which the institute launched earlier to support comprehensive employees’ skills, and linked this to institutional work and promoting performance in light of national laws and legislation.
