Some vocabulary in the English language has caused the guaranteed draft transactions law, accompanying Decree No. 11 of 2025, in a legal debate in the representatives session, which lasted for more than an hour, despite their agreement on the content of the law. He pointed out that some foreign institutions depend on their national systems to translate texts, which leads to a difference in understanding and application. Therefore, the unified translation ensures that all institutions in Bahrain use the same terms as they are specific in the legislation. He added that this step aims to improve cooperation between banking and commercial institutions, which contributes to enhancing joint understanding and unifying terms. It pointed out that the new draft law provides greater flexibility for merchants and investors by simplifying registration procedures and accelerating the process of obtaining bank guarantees, which helps in facilitating the financing of commercial activities and increasing their effectiveness in supporting their business. : The opinion of the Legislative Committee on Constitutional Ray is a guide, and not a decisive opinion.
