The New Valley Governorate announced the extension of the reconciliation period in construction violations for an additional six months, based on Cabinet Resolution No. 1386 of 2025, in the context of the state’s keenness to enable citizens to legalize their conditions legally and organized, as the new extension period begins as of May 5, 2025 and continues until the end of November 2025.
Opening technological centers to citizens
Major General Mohamed Al -Zamalout, the governor of the New Valley, said that citizens who have not previously applied or unable to complete their procedures, to go to technological centers or the competent authorities to submit applications and fulfill the required documents, adding that the governorate will provide all the necessary facilities for citizens.
Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister, issued a decision to extend the period of submitting requests for reconciliation in construction violations to the competent administrative authority for an additional 6 months, starting from 5/25/25.
