The Minister of Information, Dr. Ramzan Al -Nuaimi, affirmed that the Ministry will continue to support Bahraini content makers and provide the motivating environment to highlight their creativity on the regional and international arenas.
Al -Nuaimi, the Bahraini content maker Omar Farouk, congratulated, on the occasion of his victory in the “Golden Palm” award for the Gulf documentary, for his documentary “The Dark Side of Japan”, within the activities of the eleventh session of the Saudi Film Festival 2025, which was held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the period between 17 and 23 April 2025.
He praised this coronation, which is an addition to the Bahraini creativity record on the Gulf media scene, stressing that this achievement highlights the ability of Bahraini youth to produce qualitative media content that discusses global issues from a contemporary technical and cultural perspective.
