The founder and head of the Royal Rescue and Water Safety Corporation, Her Highness Sheikha Nila Bint Hamad bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, announced the implementation of a training program in coordination with the work fund “Tamkeen”, aimed at training a number of job seekers on rescue.

Her Highness stressed that the Foundation puts at the forefront of its priorities to enhance awareness of preventive safety, by launching qualitative programs and initiatives that contribute to supporting national efforts to promote public health, noting that it is the importance of continuing to implement initiatives aimed at qualifying individuals and providing them with basic knowledge and skills in the rescue and enhancing their readiness to deal with critical cases efficiently and effectively.

This came, as Her Highness preferred to attend the official launch ceremony of the “Al -Walsh” fund for the cardiac shock device and an initiative to provide heart shock devices throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain, where her Highness expressed her pride in launching the fund, in the context of celebrating the initiative aimed at enhancing the readiness of responding to cardiac emergency cases in various regions of Bahrain.

She pointed out that the fund represents an active partnership between the public and private sectors, and embodies the spirit of social responsibility in order to build an integrated rescue system that contributes to saving lives, adding that work continues to expand the scope of the initiative to cover all regions of the Kingdom.

For its part, the director of the Business of the Foundation, Shaima Baqir, explained that “Tamkeen” included 30 job seekers within the program organized by the Royal Foundation. The first batch has completed training requirements, and their graduation is expected to be announced soon.

After that, the training of the second batch of 15 job seekers will start. The program supported by “Tamkeen” aims to provide training opportunities for job seekers and work to integrate them into the labor market. It stated that the number of rescuers in Bahrain exceeds 1,000 savior, and the number of volunteers exceeds 700.

The Royal Corporation for Aquaculture and Aquaculture called on organizations or individuals who want to be part of the initiative to communicate with the Email (Email Protectored) or call the number 17238888.

It is noteworthy that this initiative aims to secure AEDS automatic heart shock devices in vital sites and sports facilities, which contributes to enhancing survival opportunities and reducing the health risks resulting from sudden heart stopping, and it constitutes a pivotal step in improving the chances of saving people with heart attacks outside the hospital, and raising the level of community awareness in dealing with emergency cases.

It also aims to enhance access to schools, sports places and social centers, allowing the rapid response to the emergency that may occur there.

The program also seeks to organize specialized training courses in CPR and the use of a fibrillation device so that ordinary individuals can act quickly when needed.

The initiative educates the community about the locations of the availability of devices to contribute to saving lives until the arrival of medical assistance, in addition to encouraging the construction of a society that is aware of the importance of first aid and cardiac resuscitation.

The distribution of 9 fibrous deodorant devices was announced as a first step from the fund in clubs and social and sports institutions.
