Within the framework of the existing cooperation between the two sides, in an effort to provide all possible support for employees of educational and training institutions in the Kingdom; The Arab Company for Building and Reforming Ships (family) recently hosted a group of Gulf University students on two consecutive visits to the company’s facilities.
The first visit targeted the Department of Mechanics and Electricity in particular, as the department supervisor, Mr. Hamid Abdullah, initiated a detailed explanation for students about the progress of work in the workshops of the department through a comprehensive presentation of dealing with its work activities in addition to the security and safety procedures followed to avoid falling into the risks in a manner that ensures the provision of a safe work environment for everyone.
As for the visit that followed, the company received a number of students of the university’s media specialties in order to educate them about the pivotal role that the media plays in major industrial companies, through a detailed offering presented by Mrs. Fatima Al -Majid, Director of the Institutional Communications Department of the company under the title “Media and institutional work in major industrial companies”.
These visits come within the framework of the company’s keenness to consolidate the bonds of effective cultural and academic cooperation with national educational and training institutions, in order to activate the principles of societal partnership with various civil society institutions.
