According to the Official Gazette, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture decided, based on the powers entrusted to it, according to the provisions of Law No. 39 of 2009, regarding the acquisition of real estate for the public benefit, and based on the provisions of the third chapter of it regarding expropriation in the regions, or lands for planning purposes, or re-planning, land acquisition, for the detailed plan approved for the Green Belt region- the northern part, according to the request of the Planning Authority And urban development.
Pursuant to the provisions of the aforementioned law, this announcement is an official notice of owners and rights holders, and they must review the management and compensation department, at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture on the e -mail, to see all the details related to the topic.
