The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture confirmed the completion of the preparation of the initial designs for the Qalali Housing Park project and the Al-Wahat District Park project, while work is currently underway to prepare tender documents for the two projects, explaining that the Al-Wahat Park project has been included in the financial budget for the year 2025-2026 AD, while the Qalali Housing Park project will be included in the ministry’s plan for the year 2027-2028 AD.
This came in the Ministry’s response to the request of the Municipal Municipal Council to know the latest developments in the two projects of Qalali Housing Park and the Al -Wahat Region Park.
Regarding the council’s recommendation to know the latest developments in the property’s acquisition of the complex (227) in the Busaiteen area, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture stated that the municipal council can include the request in its list of priorities in the fields, so that the Ministry can include it within the budget of the coming years according to what is allocated for this purpose.
