Mohammed bin Zayed University of Humanities participates in the conference “Women, Religion and Discrimination … Public Policies and Rights – A Comparative Perspective” organized by the University of Pitti Orientaly in Italy, as part of the university’s efforts to enhance its international presence and the contribution of its balanced intellectual visions to support human values and cognitive justice. The conference is part of a multilateral European research project with the participation of researchers from European and Arab universities. During the conference, the university presented the scientific paper “religious discrimination in education” by Dr. Karima Al Mazrouei, Advisor to the President of the University, which dealt with a number of axes that included the impact of some religious interpretations on the opportunities for girls ’education, especially in crisis areas, and a review of an experiment
