President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi and his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, made an inspection visit to Adly Mansour Taberia in the context of strengthening bilateral cooperation between Egypt and France in the fields of transportation and transportation.
During the visit, the two presidents were accompanied by Lieutenant General Kamel, Minister of Transport and Communications, who provided a detailed explanation of the station and its importance in improving the infrastructure of the means of transportation in Egypt.

The Minister of Transport stated that the station was designed similar to the giant reciprocal stations in the French capital, Paris, which reflects the close cooperation between Egypt and France in developing the transportation network in the country.
The minister pointed out that Adly Mansour station is one of the most prominent major projects in the urban transport sector in Egypt, as it includes a group of electric transportation that aims to enhance environmental sustainability and facilitate the movement of citizens in the capital, Cairo.
The Minister of Transport continued, that the station links Cairo to all parts of Egypt, as well as with the new urban communities witnessed in the areas surrounding Greater Cairo.
Minister Kamel Al -Wazir said that the station includes three railways, which includes the third line of the metro, which is one of six metro lines that are implemented in Egypt, where French companies implement four lines of them, and the light electric train that connects the station throughout Greater Cairo has been operated.
The minister pointed out that the electric train contributes greatly to linking the Egyptian capital to Greater Cairo, and reaches the new administrative capital along 100 km. It also connects the modern railway trains between Greater Cairo and the Suez Governorate, which contributes to facilitating the movement between the governorates quickly and safely.
3 electric lines for buses
The minister added that the station also includes three electrical lines for buses, one of which passes on the ring road around Greater Cairo, in addition to an electrical bus network and diesel developed to connect Greater Cairo to all Egyptian regions, and there is an electric bus linking Adly Mansour to the largest urban transportation in the peace area, which facilitates the movement between different parts of the city.
