The Labor Market Regulatory Authority affirmed to Al -Watan the keenness to develop procedures and regulations continuously to enhance accuracy, efficiency and quality, through the use of modern technology and artificial intelligence.
In this context, the authority created the Smart Inspection, a sophisticated electronic system for preparing inspection records, aimed at improving the quality and reliability of reports prepared by the authority’s inspectors during field visits, and dispensing traditional paper procedures.
The Acting Director of the Labor Inspection Department at the Labor Market Regulatory Authority Marzouq Abdul Karim Salem said that the “smart inspection” system comes within the efforts of the authority’s continuous support to support digital transformation and raise the quality of services, adding that the system represents an important step in enhancing operational efficiency, and providing immediate accurate data, which supports taking decisions based on reliable information, and facilitates the follow -up of violations and taking the necessary measures effectively, to, to effectively As well as reducing the period of the inspection visit by up to 50%.
He added that the system enhances the development of work mechanisms by transforming paper blogging to electronic documentation, and providing simultaneous translation in several languages, including rare, by integrating artificial intelligence technologies, in a manner that guarantees the efficiency of procedures and the safety of documentation in accordance with the criteria approved by the competent authorities.
While the Director of the Information Technology Department of the Authority, Talal Al -Amer, explained that the new system was developed with national cadres from the Information Technology Department in coordination with the labor inspection department, noting that this initiative enhances the definition of inspections using advanced systems, and the comprehensive electronic transformation through the employment of advanced technology and artificial intelligence.
Al -Amer pointed out that during the development process, the team was keen to provide a distinguished experience in preparing inspection records, combining speed, quality, and professionalism, which contributes to accelerating the completion of procedures related to violations according to a more streamlined mechanism, stressing the authority’s continuous endeavor to enhance the efficiency of its operations and achieve the highest levels of transparency and accuracy, in a way that contributes to developing the work environment to be more organized and fair, and supports supervision and inspection efforts according to better Global practices.
The electronic system, which is enhanced by artificial intelligence technologies, is characterized by several advantages, most notably: the interpretation of vocal and text, which facilitates communication with workers of various nationalities, unified documentation and judged electronic procedures, in addition to raising the efficiency of the inspectors by accelerating the achievement of the records and organizing time during the inspection visits, in addition to enhancing the level of transparency thanks to the careful tracking of the procedures, and immediate linking with the competent authorities, It is easy to complete the procedures related to violations quickly and efficiently.
