The local unit of the Ihnasia Center and City in Beni Suef Governorate, headed by Ahmed Aladdin, implemented an intense regulatory campaign in coordination with the catering sector and the Food Control Office, in response to a complaint received from a number of the people of Izbat Mansour of the village of Kassab, regarding the presence of an unlicensed factory that makes food products from unknown dairy.

During the campaign, which came in implementation of the directives of Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, the governor of Beni Suef, with strict control of the markets and tightening procedures for food activities, it was found that there is a laboratory working without an official license, and it produces quantities of dairy and its derivatives in an environment that lacks health requirements.
The campaign resulted in the seizure of quantities of unknown products, and they were seized and sealed with red wax, taking the necessary legal measures against those in charge of the activity, in preparation for the presentation of the incident to the competent authorities.
The city’s president stressed that such campaigns are continuing around the clock, and no violations affect the health of citizens, noting that the local unit operates in cooperation with the various executive bodies to control the markets, and to ensure the safety of food offered to citizens.
