The Canal Electricity Distribution Company – Port Said Sector, Port Fouad Engineering, announced the dismissal of the electrical current this morning, from ten in the morning until twelve noon, as part of the implementation of periodic maintenance work for a northern distributor 1.
Separation of the electrical current from the areas of Port Fouad for maintenance
The cutting of the current includes a number of vital areas in the city of Port Fouad, led by the residential area of the nursery land of the Suez Canal Authority, along with the administrative prosecution building and the authority’s sewage station.
The maintenance work aims to ensure the stability of the electrical network and raise its technical efficiency, especially with the increasing loads during peak periods, which contributes to avoiding emergency breakdowns and sudden interruptions that may affect citizens and public facilities.
The Electricity Company confirms that the emergency and maintenance teams will finish the work on time, provided that the electrical current is returned immediately after the completion without delay, to ensure that the interests of citizens are not disrupted or the vital services are disrupting in the affected areas.

The company appeals to the population and institutions affected by taking the necessary measures during the temporary interruption period, stressing its keenness to continue to improve the service and develop the electricity system in Port Fouad through regular maintenance and fully prepared for any emergency.
