The College of Leadership and Public Staff in Levinworth, Kansas State, held a ceremony honoring the college graduates who held high -level positions for their states on the occasion of their joining the celebrity hall at the college, where the college honored His Excellency Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, as he is one of its graduates.
