His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa emphasized that real success is achieved through teamwork and cooperation between members of one team and the integration of their efforts.
He pointed to his constant concern for the leadership of the national transformation by supporting and empowering Bahraini youth through initiatives that enhance job loyalty, and instill in them the spirit of belonging and perseverance, which contributes to sustainable career giving.
This came during a meeting with His Highness, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Authority for Sports and Chairman of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, with a number of officials of private sector institutions, in honor of the young national competencies that embody the values of loyalty in various work sites, and in the presence of His Highness, Excellency and Excellency members of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, and heads of local newspapers.
His Highness stressed that this meeting comes within the national initiatives aimed at strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors in supporting Bahraini youth, and honoring those who contributed to their sincerity and job stability in developing work environments.
The meeting included the signing of a statement “spreading hope in the work environment”, as an expression of a joint commitment between the parties involved in spreading positivity, and building a stimulating work environment based on a culture of appreciation and productivity, and contributes to the consolidation of institutional loyalty and the promotion of sustainability in the national labor market.
This initiative is one of the fruits of cooperation between the company “Mawhbi Al -Amal”, the creative arm of the Hope Fund, and a number of private sector institutions, within the framework of a strategic vision aimed at empowering Bahraini youth and motivating them to participate actively in the march of economic and social development of the Kingdom.
