Dr. Jamal Ali, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Helwan University, revealed the fact that the student would prevent the exams for the end of the academic year 2025 in the event that the academic expenses are not paid.

Dr. Jamal Ali explained to Cairo 24, that no student in the Helwan branch is prohibited from entering the exams due to the failure to pay the academic expenses, but some services are stopped from him until they are paid, such as not obtaining a graduation certificate, status data, but in the Zamalek branch, the situation is somewhat different, due to the student’s association with the electronic system, in the event of not paying the academic expenses, the student will not be able to enter the exams, because they are with the approved hours system.
The Dean of the Faculty of Commerce at Helwan University added: The exams of the end of the year will combine the Babylon Sheet and the pans, according to the directives of the Supreme Council of Universities, but the matter is also up to the faculty members and put the questions according to their vision, which will be in the interest of students.
Earlier, the Supreme Council of Universities held its periodic meeting, headed by Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the presence of Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary of the Council and members of the Council, at the headquarters of Hurghada University.
The Minister of Higher Education stressed the need for universities and institutes to read the second semester exams for the current academic year, directing the speedy announcement of colleges for exam schedules before their date.
The minister also stressed the necessity of the regularity of the faculty members, the assisting body and the administrative apparatus throughout the exam period; To ensure regularity and good conduct of exams in universities and institutes.
Dr. Ayman Ashour directed to intensify awareness efforts of the challenges facing national security at all levels, by holding seminars and hosting national symbols in all fields to develop students’ awareness of these challenges.
