The village of Arab Al -Ayaydah, which is affiliated with the city of Khanka in Qalyubia Governorate, witnessed a heinous incident, which killed a housewife at the hands of her husband, where a quarrel broke out between them after marital disputes, after which she strangled her until she breathed her last.
The body was transferred to the hospital and the concerned authorities took over the investigation and the security services in the Qalubiya Security Directorate arrested the accused and referred to the Benha Criminal Court, the third district, which set the session of the second day of the role of June to prepare and avoid.
The decision was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Sayed Rifai Hussein Ezzat, membership of Advisors Izzat Samir Ezzat, Mustafa Anwar Ahmed Moamen, Hossam Farouk Abdel -Latif El -Desouki, and the secretariat of Mina Awad.
The Public Prosecution referred the accused:- “Abd al-Nabi KA” 40 years of profession: Farms, in case No. 812 misdemeanors of the Khanka Center, and bound by 44 of 2025, total crimes north A verbal altercation occurred between them, and he pushed her, and put it on the ground and bustle on it, and she was beaten and after her neck with both hands until her soul climbed to her barbecue, causing her from the injuries described in the medical reports attached to that, by the loss of her soul, as indicated by the investigations.
The first witness, called “Muhammad Rajab Muhammad Jawdah”, 46, confirmed a worker at the sanitation company in Cairo – the resident of Arab Al -Ayaydah, Al -Khanka Center, that there are marital differences between the accused and the deceased to the mercy of her loyal (his sister) and on the day of the incident he came to his residence one of his offspring and told him the death of his sister, so he went to her residence and saw her in one of the families. They took her to the hospital and told the doctor at the time that she had passed away, so they returned to the residence, and after that she attended the medical (health inspector), and by conducting the examination of the deceased, I told him that there were some injuries to the deceased to the mercy of her master and asked him to accompany her to write the report and the police center directed him to edit a report and indicated the fingers of accusations to the accused “her husband.”
