The Dubai Civil Court issued a ruling to publicize the insolvency of an Arab debtor, whose debt reached 13.6 million dirhams, after he was unable to pay his financial obligations after losing his job since 2022 and not having any source of income or financial assets that enable him to fulfill his debts. The judicial ruling included preventing the debtor from obtaining any credit facilities or entering into financial obligations, whether they were or without compensation, for a period of three years from the date of the ruling, in addition to notifying the Etihad credit information company of the details of the ruling and registering the name of the debtor within the records of its accredited hardships.
