The Fish Resources Authority issued a decision to stop fishing in the south of the Red Sea, South Sinai, the Gulf of Suez, Aqaba, Hurghada, and Ras Gharib, starting from today, Tuesday, April 15 to July 15, to preserve the fish stock and organize fishing seasons.

Sheikh Hassan Al -Muzaini, Sheikh of the fishermen in South Sinai, told Cairo 24, that today is witnessing the stopping of boats from work and hunting in South Sinai and the Red Sea, and the period of the ban will be from April 15 to July 15, in relation to the traction, Senar, Al -Shantsola and Valaim Board.
Hassan revealed that the decision of the Fish Resources Authority prohibits the use of a number of fishing means, including traction hunting, and it is expected that the ban will continue until August 5, and the Shankula hunting activity stops from April 19 to October 11, and hunting of Sennar and Vleem Board stops from April 15 to July 15, in the regions of South Sinai, Hurghada, Ras Gharib, and the Gulf of Suez and Aqaba.
