During the meeting, the Governor of Fayoum continued, the rates and indicators of performance in the file of legalizing state property lands, in terms of the number of applications submitted, requests that meet the controls, the number of liberated contracts, and the contracts that are being liberated, the number of land requests that are being examined, the lands that are rejected acceptance of their legalization request, and the number of plots of land recovered for lack of completion, stressing the need to focus and double the effort in this important file, And the completion of the examination of all the requests submitted in the fastest time, and the governor stressed the heads of city councils and the director of the Agriculture Directorate, by intensifying campaigns to remove encroachments on state property lands, and address the state authorities with the infringements that are monitored to take the necessary legal measures in this regard.
Al -Ansari also stressed the necessity, speed, accuracy, and taking actual measures regarding the variables that are monitored, while checking and unifying data between city councils and states and the unit of spatial variables.
The Governor of Fayoum also directed the heads of cities with accurate follow -up and accelerate procedures to increase the rates of completion of requests submitted in the reconciliation file, and to tighten control of encroachments and deal with them immediately, to remove violations in the cradle, and to preserve the future of future generations from the agricultural area, as the governor, the heads of cities, directed the continuous follow -up of the work course in technological centers, to provide service to citizens in a proper way, as well as On the follow -up of the state of general hygiene to preserve the aesthetic and civilizational form.
