Dr. Kawthar Mahmoud explained that the incident started when the nurse, Naama Mahdi, published a video of the “Tene Tok” application in which she claims that the vaccinations allocated to school students are expired, and she refused to receive her from the competent department in the Al -Nasr region, despite several official invitations to attend and receive vaccinations in the specified dates, where she was absent without justification and announced explicitly “not empty,” It requires receiving vaccinations for two schools in one go, which violates technical and professional safety procedures.
She added that the nurse sparked chaos inside the place of food disbursement, and refused to adhere to the procedures, and threatened her colleagues to edit the records, and claimed that there is corruption and “corrupt baits”, without real scientific support or evidence, and after refraining from implementing the mission, another team was formed to complete the vaccination campaign, in order to preserve public health and ensure that the preventive program was not disrupted.
Explicit accusations of expired vaccies
“The nurse returned and appeared after the end of the day, and she filmed her colleagues while performing the work without permission or permit, and broadcast videos on Tek Tok and social networking sites, in which she was accused of expired vaccination, and accused officials of collusion, which is completely disgraceful.”
She pointed out that the medical affairs of the branch of the authority, in coordination with a technical committee from the Ministry of Health, examined the bait in question, and it was found that they are valid and valid until 2026, and preserved according to the required criteria in the approved cooling chain, and the temperature of its preservation ranges between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, which is identical to what is in force in all national campaigns for vaccinations.
Dr. Kawthar Mahmoud revealed that the file of the professional nurse includes many precedents, most notably the commission of repeated administrative violations since her appointment in 1991, where a number of penalties were attributed to her because of their exception to instructions, and to provide malicious complaints against colleagues and heads of work, and she previously misused social media to defame her colleagues and official institutions, including the launch of allegations against the sheikhdom of Al -Azhar.
The Nursing Syndicate confirmed that the Public Health Insurance Authority took all legal measures, as the nurse was called more than once to appear before the investigation, but she refused the attendees, and continued to broadcast inflammatory videos, and accordingly a decision was issued to stop working for a period By ending its service permanently because it is unjustified and unjustified.
She noted that the Public Prosecution office conducted investigations after submitting official reports from the competent authorities, and referred them to the Economic Court, which is currently considering case No. 801 of 2024, related to broadcasting false news, defaming a public institution, and endangering health security.
In conclusion, the nursing captain said; “We, as a union, do not defend the error, and we always stand with any member who darkens, but we reject attempts to discredit the image of nursing teams, and we refuse to use social media to spread false lies or data that affect citizens’ confidence in the national health system.”
