Saif Muhammad al -Ketbi headed a special envoy for the state to Afghanistan, a high -level delegation to the Afghan capital, Kabul, from 3 to 5 April 2025 to discuss ways to support the efforts of the humanitarian and development state in Afghanistan. He met in Kabul, Mawlawi Abdel Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, and Mawlawi Amir Khan, the Agency Foreign Minister, and Hajj Noureddine Azizi, the Minister of Industry and Trade in Afghanistan, where the talks dealt with the prospects for bilateral cooperation and ways to advance it in various fields, in order to achieve the common interests of the two countries and enhance the prosperity of their people, with a focus on expanding economic and development cooperation and supporting reconstruction and development efforts in Afghanistan.
