Dubai Police seized a reckless young man who drove his bike at a crazy speed after reviewing it in a reckless manner in video clips on social media, which reflects a severe recklessness of traffic rules and the safety of road users. According to the decree (30) of 2023 related to the seizure of vehicles, the fine for the disassociation of the vehicle, which may reach fifty thousand dirhams, is applied.
