The Ministry of Education and Technical Education is preparing to hold a meeting to announce all the details of the high school exams 2024-2025, and it is scheduled to be held On June 15, amid strict procedures to confront fraud, sources told Cairo 24.
The sources confirmed that Mohamed Abdel -Latif, Minister of Education, will hold an expanded meeting on high school exams, to announce the final form regarding the form of exams and their places of convening, noting that until now the exams have not been resolved in universities.
The sources pointed out that the proposal is welcome to prevent cheating, but there are many universities that have expressed their unwillingness to receive high school exams, likely to postpone this proposal, or apply it in areas where cases of collective fraud usually, and violations of the exams.
Education announces the number of questions for each subject in high school exams 2025
The Ministry of Education emphasized that the exams include an accurate distribution of the number of questions and their nature in each subject, in order to achieve a balance in measuring the different skills of students, from analysis, understanding, application and assimilation.
As for the Arabic language, the exam includes 55 questions, of which 4 essay questions, 51 questions of multiple choice, and the total degree designated for the article is 80 degrees, 70 degrees for multiple selection and 10 degrees for essay questions.
As for the first foreign language subject, the exam includes 42 questions, distributed among 3 essay questions and 39 multiple choices, with a total of 60 degrees, 51 degrees for multiple selection and 9 degrees for essay questions.
Regarding the first foreign language subject (old system), the exam includes 37 questions, of which 3 essay questions and 34 questions are multiple selection, and the final degree of Article is 50 degrees, 41 degrees for multiple selection and 9 degrees for essay questions.
As for the second foreign language (old system), the exam consists of 31 questions, including 2 essay questions and 29 questions of multiple selection, and the final degree of Article is 40 degrees, 34 degrees for multiple selection and 6 degrees for essay questions.
