His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, stressed that the successes that the Kingdom of Bahrain continues to host in hosting and organizing international sports championships and events behind the national cadres, which with its organizational capabilities strengthened the Kingdom’s ingredients to be a distinctive destination for various major sporting events, including motorsport, in a way that supports the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, noting His Highness It is the sport of car racing from the interest of the emitter to continue to develop and enhance it and open broad ranges to invest in it.
This came when His Highness today made an inspection tour of the Bahrain International Circuit, with the start of the qualifying experiences of the Bahrain Grand Prix for Gulf Aviation Formula One in its twenty -first edition, where His Highness toured the teams and the track, during which he met with senior Formula One personalities, the managers of the teams, the contestants, and the organizers, and also briefed His Highness the final preparations for the final race.
His Highness pointed to the march of the Kingdom of Bahrain full of excellence in the success of every event that is held on its soil, thanks to the creativity of its children, who are the basis of leadership and the Kingdom’s progress in various fields, expressing His Highness his wishes for success in hosting the Bahrain International Circuit for the Bahrain Grand Prix Formula One, and all the participating teams have achieved sports achievements.
His Highness also expressed his thanks and appreciation to all workers in the Bahrain International Circuit for their national efforts to make this global event a success, wishing them success in achieving the desired goals.
