Collective losses on the Gulf financial markets at the opening of trading after the declines of “Wall Street”

Gulf markets recorded collective declines in the opening of trading on Sunday, while the “Tassi” index in the Saudi financial market opened a 5 percent decline at the opening of the market today (Sunday), to below 11,200 points, after the heavy losses recorded by “Wall Street” on Friday, after the customs duties imposed by US President Donald Trump.

More than 33 million shares were traded in the first minutes of the market opening.

The energy and banking sectors recorded 5 percent losses at the opening, and Aramco and Al -Rajhi fell more than 5 percent. While the utility sector incurred 6 percent losses.

The Qatar Stock Exchange index fell 5.39 percent during today’s trading (Sunday). While the Muscat Stock Exchange index fell 2.12 percent, while the Kuwait index was 5.008 percent, and the Bahrain Index 0.04 percent.
