Dr. Nasser Al -Gizawi, President of Benha University, congratulated the Benha University team for the theater, for winning the jury award at the Arab Horizons Festival for the University Theater in the Sultanate of Oman, in its tenth session, which was organized by the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Muscat.
Al -Jizawi affirmed that the university’s keenness to support distinguished students, talented and domesticated in all fields, support student activities and encourage students to develop their talents with the aim of preparing generations capable of innovation and creativity in various fields.
It is noteworthy that the team presented the play owners of the land that deals with the issues of the land, identity and belonging, as it highlights the human struggle with attempts to seize its land, whether through invasion or exploitation, and the presentation of the play revolves around personalities that cross their legitimate rights, they are those who adhere to their land despite the challenges, and reflects the strength of the popular will in defending rights.
The team consists of the decor of Mustafa Fikry, lighting Ahmed Amin, Hajar Kamal and Badr Essam, and two directors of Paula Amir Abdulaziz Muhammad, photographed by Mustafa Alwan, and the drama of Turge and directed by Mohamed Zaki.
