Dr. Muhammad Ali Bahzad, Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participated in the second meeting of the regional security dialogue between the Cooperation Council and the European Union at the level of senior officials, which was held today at the headquarters of the European Union in the Belgian capital, Brussels.
During the meeting, aspects of joint cooperation were discussed, in addition to discussing a number of regional and international issues, threatening regional security and mechanisms for dealing with them, and emphasizing the importance of strengthening strategic cooperation between the two sides in various fields to achieve the security and stability of the region.
The European Union delegation, Charles Feraz, Deputy Secretary General of Security and Joint Defense of the External Relations of the European Union, and with the participation of Dr. Abdulaziz bin Hamad Al -Owaiq, was chaired by Assistant Secretary -General for Political Affairs and Negotiations at the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council.
