The United Arab Emirates participated in the work of the extraordinary session of the Economic and Social Council at the level of senior officials, yesterday, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, to prepare for the ministerial session of the Council scheduled today, to discuss the economic and social file for the thirty -fourth Arab summit and the fifth economic and social development summit to be held next May in Baghdad. The state was represented by Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy, and Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al Malik, head of the Department of International Organizations at the Ministry.
