The Alexandria National Antiquities Museum Administration announced the development of the availability of people with visual disabilities in the museum, by providing the voice pen service to explain and understand different artifacts, within the framework of the efforts of the museums sector to support the experience of visitors with special needs.
The Alexandria National Antiquities Museum Administration said, in a statement, that the audio pen is an intelligent interactive educational pen, with a simple step, the visitor places the pen on a special code next to the archaeological piece, so the pen begins immediately by narrating its history and information, pending: the experiment was already successfully applied with a number of visitors with visual disabilities, and it was a distinctive and inspiring experience.
