Al -Muqawi aims through these recommendations to improve the quality of life in the city of Al -Hadd and meet the basic needs of citizens that are still not so far. He said: “These recommendations relate to real problems that citizens face on a daily basis, and it is necessary to move quickly to solve them to ensure a better life for the people of Al -Hadd.” Al -Muqawi stressed that the current situation of Al -Hadd market is not in line with the needs of the city and the requirements of its residents, indicating that it is not suitable for use in its current form, where the people of the region are concerned with going to the Muharraq Central Market to buy meat and vegetables. He stressed that there is an urgent need to establish a new central market in Al -Hadd area, similar to the Muharraq Central Market, in order to provide better services to the population, and encourages the regulation of the sale more efficiently. He pointed out that the request for the establishment of a new market comes from the people of the region, in order to facilitate them by providing the services they need. The second recommendation relates to allocating a site to build a new mosque in the 111st complex in Al -Hadd City, a site that has a strategic location behind the Lulu complex, but it lacks the presence of at least one mosque. Al -Muqawi said: “In complex 111, there is no mosque that serves the residents of the region, despite the population density in the region, and that the region does not contain a sewage network.” He added that many residents of the complex suffer from the difficulty For the region. As for the third recommendation that Al -Muqawi will put forward, it relates to the installation of lighting in the 109th complex in Al -Hadd, a region that has suffered in total darkness since 2023.
