The CEO of the Urban Planning and Development Authority, Ahmed Al -Khayyat, explained that the “Ras Hayyan Village” is an integrated project that aims to improve services and facilities in Bahrain, noting that the project was linked to an important street in the southern region, in addition to that it is located near Khalifa City, King Abdullah City and Durrat Bahrain.
He explained that the project will contribute to improving the basic roads and facilities, in addition to that large areas of gardens and open areas have been allocated.
He said: “We stressed the importance of focusing on the use of sustainable construction technologies and clean energy, while beautifying the surrounding areas to improve the quality of life,” stressing the importance of cooperation between the public and private sectors to achieve sustainable development. He added that the project will be a role model in Bahrain, wishing success to those in charge of the project, stressing the continued pursuit of a comfortable environment for the population.
