The President of the Bahrain Association for Training Institutes Nawaf Muhammad Al-Jishi confirmed the readiness of the Bahrain Association for Training Institutes to cooperate with the esteemed government in developing a specialized platform for training and launching it in the year 2026, according to what the government stated among the priorities it mentioned in the general budget of the state 2025-2026.

Al -Jishi indicated that the government explained that this platform will work to register private training institutions, programs and training courses that it provides, and linking them to job seekers, and pointed out that this matter will contribute to enhancing integration between training institutes, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of their services, and their metaphor for the needs of the labor market and enhancing professional skills for Bahraini cadres.

He said, “This platform is a strategic step towards keeping pace with the rapid developments in the labor market, and preparing Bahraini cadres with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet economic growth, and increase the job opportunities available in different sectors, in line with Bahrain Vision 2030 aimed at strengthening the national economy through investing human capital and developing local skills, especially since Bahrain is witnessing significant changes in the fields of technology and innovation, which makes continuous training a vital matter to keep pace with this Changes.

He added that the platform will be a powerful tool in the hands of the private training institutes themselves, in order to develop its work and outputs and its ability to empower Bahraini youth and enhance their opportunities in the labor market, by providing flexible training courses and suitable for the needs of all individuals, whether they are students, professionals, or even business owners who seek to develop the skills of their teams.

He noted that this platform comes in an integrated context of government plans and initiatives within the upcoming budget, including pumping more support for training and rehabilitation programs, providing vacancies with qualitative functions, and raising Bahraini wages in the private sector, in a way that contributes to the development of human capital in the Kingdom of Bahrain and enhancing its ability to meet the requirements of development and prosperity.
